When to arrive:
We recommend that you arrive five minutes before your treatment time to check in and relax. Please advise your technician of any medical conditions or medications which may affect your treatment. We look forward to offering you excellence in service in a relaxed and hygienic environment. Your comfort is important to us, please advise in advance of any special requirements.
What to wear during treatments:
Maintaining your sense of dignity and well being is very important to us. Our highly qualified technicians are trained to drape correctly to respect your privacy and comfort. Disposable underwear is available for certain treatments.
What if I am late for my appointment:
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment. We will do our best to absorb the time missed, however; as a courtesy to all our clients all treatments are completed as scheduled.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes you will need to reschedule appointments and kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. All appointments over two hours duration will be charged at 50% off the total appointment value should we recieve less than 48 hours notice when cancelling. Thank you for understanding.
Payment Options:
We love cash and accept all Eftpos, Mastercard, Bankcard, Visa. Unfortunately we do not accept Amex, Diners or personal cheques.
